1. How long is your processing time?

We ship out orders every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

2. My address is wrong! What do I do?

If you product is not shipped:

We will be able to change your address without any worries.

If your product is shipped:
We apologize in advance, if your order is shipped, we are not responsible for the incomplete address that was submitted by the customer.

If you need us to resend your order, there will be a reshipping fee based off of your location.

3. How do I take care of my jewelry?

 We recommend to not shower, workout and sleep with your jewelry. You do not want to give yourself chances to ruin the quality of your jewelry. So, make sure you take it off before doing any of these activities.

Sweat contains oil that may rub off on your jewelry that will cause the jewelry's metal react different.

If your jewelry is damaged, please contact support@toandme.com for a cleaning/repair service for a fee.

Customer support will respond to your ticket within 48 hours of submission.

During this time, our phones are unavailable for customer support.

5. How do I track my shipment?

You will receive an order update via Email titled "Shipping Confirmation."

6. How long will shipping take?

United States will take 2-5 days to be delivered (not including delays.)

International orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on customs and clearance.

We are not responsible for any custom duties

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please expect delays for your order due to COVID-19.

8. My order is shipped, but I don't want the order anymore.

Please return the package to the returning address on the label. We are not responsible for the returning label fee. Please send us the tracking number to support@toandme.com so that we are able to verify the incoming shipment to refund your order.

9. My order Is lost!

We are sorry to hear about this. When a package is delivered, we understand the frustration that it might be taken from your porch. But, it must be your responsibility to know the delivery timeline so that you can expect your order.

Please contact your local post office for more information. During COVID-19 there are higher chances of your packages missing that goes out internationally. Once it is shipped out, USPS will be responsible for the package as it is in their hands.

In each product page, you will receive more details on each item. Our jewelry is made out of all materials as we try to make it affordable from different ranges so that everyone can enjoy and feel beautiful.
